Health Coaching

All Adults

Hi There! I am your Health Coach!
As a certified Health Coach, I use evidence-based information, techniques, and strategies to guide clients in making safe and healthy behavior changes.
I support clients to set goals, overcome challenges and achieve their wellness and performance goals.

Together we work on areas like exercise, mindful functional movements, fitness nutrition, stress, sleep hygiene, hydration, mental toughness, motivation, attention deficit and stress management. We will also cover different aspects of lifestyle choices, social and emotional health to have a holistic approach towards health and wellness!

This program is designed for all adults, all health conditions and athletes from all sports. Every session is individually tailored according to the screening and your self-defined goals.

For now, the coaching sessions are telephone and video based on meeting platform of your choice.

Fitness  for Older Adults

 This program is suitable for everyone above 65 years of age. As a Functional Aging Specialist and Senior Fitness Specialist, I create customized individual physical activity plans based on individual assessments.
Our program is focused on achieving  greater strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and improved cognitive health. 

We also give health coaching sessions to manage lifestyle factors.


For now, the coaching sessions are virtual on meeting platform of your choice.

I will walk beside you and empower you to create roadmap to achieve your self directed health and wellness goals.

About Anita

It has been 17 amazing years in the fitness and education industry. I am blessed to have learned from all over the world in my professional journey. The teaching experience of two international universities with  diverse population of students, staff and faculty gave me a unique insight into coaching process.

I was born and raised in the land of spirituality and it is an integral part of my personality. 

I was awarded PhD in Physical Education in 2006. My specializations are Health Coaching, Fitness Nutrition, Weight Management, Senior Fitness and Training Methods.
