Service Description

Payment is one time in the beginning. The fitness sessions are twice a week. The screening and assessments are free and are additional to 8 sessions. Instructions for Booking: You pick the date and time of first session. The booking system will let you book two sessions per week on same day and same time for 8 sessions. In our first session, we may discus to change your day and time if you want to and I will manually add your physical assessment session as well.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session, please call at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel the Plan, 30 Calendar days are mandatory.
